Where We Ship

We currently ship to the following countries:

*International deliveries may experience additional delays due to customs clearance processes, which are outside of our control. International customers are encouraged to allow extra time before raising a query about their order.

 

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it will sit in Pending status for up to 2 hours, during which you can make changes to your shipping address or cancel your order. After this window, your order moves to Accepted and is sent to our fulfilment team; changes and cancellations are no longer possible at this stage.

Standard processing takes 1–5 business days before your order is dispatched. During busy periods, or for orders containing more than 200 items, processing may take up to 5–10 business days. Your processing countdown begins as soon as your order status changes to Accepted.

International Orders & Customs

All orders are shipped from our US fulfilment centres under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) terms. This means that international customers may be subject to customs duties or import fees upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and cannot be prepaid on your behalf.

Please note that we are unable to ship to US military bases.
